Food Grade Aerosols and Sprays

Our TRIBOFOOD range of NSF registered oils, greases and cleaners available in aerosol spray form offers a complete solution for all types of food processing areas. This TRIBOFOOD range complements our extensive range of food safe greases, oils and lubricants. This includes gear oils, hydraulic oils, white food greases in a range of consistencies, synthetic food greases and our FOODGLIDE 3H OIL and FOODGLIDE 3H GREASE for use in direct food contact applications.

Some of our TRIBOFLON, FLUOR and ZAROX PFPE products are also NSF H1 registered and perform well as lubricants in extreme high or low temperatures or where aggressive cleaning processes are encountered, all of which can adversely affect the life of conventional lubricants.

We also have an extensive range of high temperature bakery chain lubricants for use in bakery tunnel and spiral ovens.  Our range also includes lubricants for use in freezers, chillers and extreme low temperature applications where food grade products are also required.

TRIBOFOOD CHAIN AND DRIVE SPRAY is an NSF H1 registered food grade chain spray. It is a highly tenacious, anti-fling lubricant designed for chain and drive systems in food manufacturing and processing plants. It is non-toxic and water resistant and offers protection from corrosion. It is both chemical and water resistant and safe for use where incidental contact with food may occur.

TRIBOFOOD PENETRATING SPRAY is an NSF H1 registered multi-purpose food grade lubricant with penetrating properties for use in and around food processing areas. It is ideal for use on cables, conveyors, chains, cams, castors, hinges, bearings and pins. It is a non-toxic, versatile lubricant with good corrosion protection. It protects and extends life of machine parts and has good water displacement properties. It is compatible with most materials. It is safe for use where incidental contact with food may occur and has a temperature range of -20ºC to 110ºC.

TRIBOFOOD SILICONE SPRAY is an NSF H1 registered food grade spray designed to lubricate, release and protect a wide range of parts and equipment in food manufacturing and processing environments. It is both non-toxic and exceptionally versatile. It provides a colourless, odourless and non-tainting dry film. It does not attract dirt and offers good anti-stick properties. Temperature range -40ºC to 200ºC.

TRIBOFOOD WHITE SPRAY GREASE is a synthetic NSF H1 registered food grade spray grease for use in the food processing industry in the lubrication of bearings, chains, articulations and other areas where a grease is required. It is an exceptionally tenacious lubricant and not easily washed off. It offers protection at temperatures from -18ºC to 200ºC. It also provides excellent corrosion protection and protects and extends the life of machine parts. It is water and chemical resistant, compatible with most materials and safe for use where incidental contact with food may occur.

TRIBOFOOD X-TREME TF SPRAY with PTFE is an extremely versatile fully synthetic lubricant with good corrosion protection and is ideal for clean long lasting lubrication of chains in the food and other high technology applications. The PTFE eliminates vibration and stick slip, ensuring smooth effortless operation. It offers outstanding water displacement properties, protects and extends the life of machine parts and is widely used on chains, bearings and slides in the food industry. X-TREME TF is also NSF-H1 Registered for incidental food contact.

TRIBOFOOD RAPID CLEAN is an NSF K1 and K2 registered food grade fast drying solvent and electrical cleaner. It does not leave any residue behind or contain any chlorinated solvents and is designed to dissolve away all types of workshop contaminants without the need for subsequent rinsing. It is a powerful multi-purpose degreaser and leaves no residue making it ideal as an electrical cleaner. It contains a fast drying solvent blend which will not damage most plastics. It is Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) free.
