ZAROX OYN 14 is ideal for applications on automotive interior trim where long life and excellent lubricity (a low coefficient of friction) are required. The residual fluid when applied in a thin film offers excellent ‘anti-squeak’ performance, compatibility with substrates and durability during use. The product can be used as a slip coating for weather-strip and sealing systems, glass channels, sunroof and door seals. The ZAROX product can also be diluted in a carrier fluid for easier application. The diluted product is ideal for use in applications where a large number of small components require the application of a thin film of ‘low friction’, virtually invisible fluid.
Bushes, ‘o’ rings, grommets, pivot pins, hinges & springs can all benefit from a coating of this special PFPE fluid both for ease of assembly and improved location and sealing performance.
Application can be either manual or automated by wiping, spraying, dosing or dipping of the components and ZAROX OYN 14 is also available in a 100ml aerosol.
ZAROX OYC 14 SUV has been developed for use in applications where a wide operating temperature range, low friction, non-flammability and compatibility with other materials is required. This SUV product has a UV additive which allows detectability and process control in use.
The product is classified as non-toxic and is biologically inert.
Because ZAROX OYC 14 SUV is essentially inert and non-toxic, it is safe to use with all metals, plastics, leather, elastomers and seal materials and is totally non flammable.

ZAROX KYN 142-18 is a special fluorinated coating dispersed in a carrier fluid for ease of application. This high performance coating which is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and a special blend of perfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluids is non-flammable, translucent white and odourless whilst offering excellent frictional and lubrication properties. It is totally inert both physically and chemically and is totally resistant to all common solvents and water. Once applied, the carrier fluid evaporates to leave a coating which is extremely thermally stable and has a very wide operating temperature range.
ZAROX KYN 142-18 enables the uniform application of an almost imperceptible but extremely durable thin film which is unaffected by dust and will not run or drip after evaporation of the carrier. The ZAROX is suitable for the lubrication of all mechanisms subjected to aggressive or corrosive conditions, high or low temperatures. It is also suitable for the lubrication of plastic and rubber components due to its universal material compatibility and is ideal as a durable ‘anti-squeak’ coating for automotive interior trim.
IKV FLUOR 70 SPRAY is a non-flammable, colourless and odourless perfluoropolyether (PFPE), formulated into aerosol form for ease of application. The product was developed for use as a lubricating anti-friction coating on a wide range of substrates including plastics, elastomers and leather. The product is compatible with all commonly used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals, providing a durable, low friction film and eliminating unwanted noise and friction. This colourless lubricant leaves a long lasting lubricating film, which does not stain the substrate.
The IKV FLUOR 70 SPRAY is suited to all types of industry where a high technology lubricant or coating is required. It is extensively used as an ‘anti-squeak’ coating on interior trim, weather-strips and sealing systems within the Automotive industry and is suitable for the lubrication of all bearings, chains and joints subjected to high temperatures, water or solvents.
