The IKV TRIBOVIS range is colloidal dispersions in water of high molecular polymers. They dry to a film that coats the screw in order to reduce the co-efficient of friction and minimizes any variations in co-efficient of friction. Our products are proven to enable the tightening torque to be reduced by 40-50%.

IKV TRIBOVIS 1911 – An easily applied, transparent dry film operating in temperatures of -40 to 120°C. Ideal for chipboard screws, galvanised screws and nuts, plastic screws, locknuts, heavy load dowels, nails and rivets. Environmentally friendly, economical.

IKV TRIBOVIS 1921 – Operates in temperatures of -40 to 120°C. Ideal for chipboard screws, galvanised screws and nuts, plastic screws, locknuts, heavy load dowels, nails and rivets.

IKV TRIBOVIS 1928 – Operates in temperatures of -40 to 135°C. Ideal for chipboard screws, galvanised screws and nuts, plastic screws, locknuts, aluminium screws at high temperatures.

IKV TRIBOVIS 1900 – Operating temperatures of -40 to 200°C. Ideal for screws, nuts, crimped nuts, self-tapping screws and locknuts.
